With cooler temperatures ahead, I'm dreaming of some new fall boots. I'm challenging myself to go beyond the usual sleek basic black bootie, and look for something with a little extra interest or... non-blackness. I've rounded up a handful of my favorite new styles for you, both casual and a bit more amped up.  Feeling bold?  Take your boots to new heights with some thigh high's like those killer Stuart Weitzman's. A pair of pointed booties get matched with a structured jacket (dying for some snake print ones) while a short suede pair is comfortably partnered up with sweaters.
