Keeping Cool
This week it's hotter than it should ever be in the middle of September, so afternoons are calling for something on ice. When it's this hot, it can be hard to look cute, especially when it's just a quick iced green tea run that's pulling me away from my computer, and fall fashion is on my mind. A good pair of sweat shorts (these were so only $12 from H&M and I can't seem to ever take them off) and this silk front tank really do the trick. The silk elevates the look from pajama territory but the linen/cotton back keeps it reasonably wearable for a casual work day.I added my leather Vans instead of sandals and black accessories to bring in hints of fall without the repressing heat. Now if it could just cool down a bit so we don't have to get so creative in trying to get dressed, that would be much appreciated.
