LA Rain Fall

Full-on downpours are usually reserved for late winter in LA, so I was delighted to wake up the other morning to the sound of drops on the roof. I love it when I get to dust off my favorite wellies and trench (I bought this one years ago at a sample sale) because it reminds me of being in New York where rain is a regular occurrence, along with cozy Fall days and endless cups of fresh coffee. I don't think Kenzie misses the rain, even though it makes her hair extra curly.
